First of all, you must know that when Adam disobeyed God in the Garden of Eden, he made us all to be born into this world in sin. You did not make yourself a sinner because you sinned, but you sin because you were born a sinner. Just like you're not a dog if you bark, but a dog barks because he was born a dog.

Now, the problem is, no sin can stand in the presence of God because He is holy. But, Praise God, He made a Way for us to be able to come back to Him without sin. That Way's Name is Jesus! Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." (John 14:6) Jesus was crucified and shed His blood for our sins so we could be made righteous. Then God raised Him up from the dead, and He now lives in the hearts of those who have invited Him in! Halelujah!

Acts 3:19 says, "Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out, so that there may come times of refreshing from the presence of the Lord" Repentance doesn't mean you're sorry, it means you've changed your mind and want to do what is right. You decide to follow Jesus, make a 180 degree turn, and turn your back on the devil.

Now, according to Romans 10:9-10 "If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."

Father God,

I believe that Jesus Christ died for my sins, and that You raised Him from the dead. Jesus, I now receive You as Savior and Lord of my life. I repent from my sin and live for you. Thank You, Father for saving me. Thank You, Lord Jesus for paying the price I couldn't pay. Amen.

My Heavenly Father, I am your child. Jesus said ," How much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him", I ask you now in the name of Jesus to fill me with the Holy Spirit. I now confess that I am a Spirit-filled Christian. As I yield my voice, I expect to speak in a new heavenly language as the Spirit gives me utterance. Amen. (Scriptures: John 14:16,17; Acts 10:44-46; Luke 11:13; Acts 19:2,5,6; Acts 2:4; Acts 2:32,33,39; and Jude 1:20).
