The Christian Center believes that every child is just as important to God as an adult. We provide teaching on every child's level so they can begin the process of becoming mighty warriors for the Lord, even at a young age. Our goal is to see the Word of God made flesh in our children, and we endeavor to reach that goal through an intensive teaching program designed to meet the needs and understanding of every child who enters our ministry.

Children's Church

The children are taught the Word of God in a special program designed especially for them on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights while their parents attend the main services. A variety of teaching methods are used, including curriculum from Willie George Ministry.

Reinforcement time is filled with lots of meaningful and often funny skits, puppet shows, time machine visits, special guests and loads of fun.

The ministry time is filled with laughter and excitement as well as with a sweet spirit of worship and love for the Lord that develops more and more every week. In order to teach the children about giving to the Lord, an offering is taken up during the Children's Church. Parents who are interested in our ministry for their children are welcome to come in and observe as often as they like.

Kids' Camp

Every summer, children in the Christian Center ministry and their friends are invited to attend a four to five day camp at our own Camp Faith near Faxon, Oklahoma. Children who attend the well-supervised camp must have finished grade one through grade five by the camp date. The camp is one of the highlights of the year for our children. They learn about the Lord and grow closer to him through Bible classes and fun activities. They enjoy times of Christian fellowship during sports, swimming, games, wiener roasts and cabin fun! The food is excellent, and the air-conditioned facilities are very nice. We keep the cost as low as possible and still provide a quality camp dedicated to help your child grow up in the Lord. The volunteer adult staff is committed to seeing that the camp is a blessing to your child spiritually as well as physically and emotionally.
